Fluffy and Tender Pumpkin pancakes / Fall Halloween Breakfast Recipes
Ingredients
Directions
In a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, set aside. In another bowl combine wet ingredients. Add this to dry ingredients. Drop this batter on a hot griddle, cook for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides until slightly brown. Serve with maple syrup. These pancakes taste great even without syrup.

ReplyDeleteLovely pancakes, would love to try them sometime.
ReplyDeleteThese look good! Roughly, how many pancakes does the recipe make?
ReplyDeletetried this recipe....flavor is good...but not fluffy...followed exactly....its my regular pancake recipe plus pumpkin....need less oil I think...soft and gooey in middle...disappointing.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear that it didn't work for u.To make more fluffier separate the egg yolks n whites and whisk till frothy.Cook on low flame to avoid gooey center, cooking time is bit longer than regular pancakes .Try less oil n add more flour as u said.
