Delight your friends and family with these easy and quick Besan Ladoos.
Ingredients
- 1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbs ghee( clarified butter)

Directions

Once you get the desired texture add powdered sugar (not the icing sugar) and chopped nuts, mix and shape them into small balls while the roasted besan mixture is still warm. If you feel the mixture is raw , add more ghee and microwave for another minue.
