Chicken Stew and Palappam(Vellayappam)
Chicken stew and Palappam is one of the most favorite dishes of all Keralites. For me, I like to eat palappam with Vegetable Stew and Kerala Kadala Curry. Chicken stew is a creamy gravy and great with Palappam and white breads. This dish looks so creamy with all that coconut milk in there. I like the blend of potatoes with the chicken-it does make for a well rounded meal. Great recipes as well as photos-yum! Happy Easter!
