For me tikkis are the easiest form of cutlets.Alu Tikki is one of the most popular chat recipes in India. It can be made quick with less ingredients and must be eaten immediately when its hot and crispy with your favorite chutney..
Alu Tikki | Potato Tkkis

- 1 small onion , chopped
- 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- salt , as needed
- coriander leaves, few
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbs ,fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 to 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp ginger grated
Directions
To the mashed potatoes add all the listed ingredients, mix well and shape in to small round balls. Flatten them
slightly by pressing with clean hands. Heat 1 tbs vegetable oil in pan and shallow fry the potato tikkis on each side , until it turns golden brown. Drain onto a tissue paper. Serve hot with ketchup , coriander chutney etc.

These do look amazing. In reading your ingredients list, I would say that these are really full of some delicious flavor. While they would make a good side dish, I can see me eating them for an appetizer dish also! I am sure they would be great with chutney. Well done.
