Mutter Paneer -
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mutter /Green peas
- 1/2 cup paneer cubes
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp oil
- few coriander leaves.
Directions
Keep the paneer in water to make it soft. Boil water in a pan and add the tomatoes and continue boiling for
2 minutes. Cool down the tomatoes and remove the skin. Usung a blender make a puree of the tomato.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and ginger garlic paste. Cook the onions until soft. Add the tomato puree and turmeric powder. Cover the pan and continue cooking for about 10 minutes. Add about 1/2 cup of water to make a thick gravy. Add the garam masala and green peas and cook for 2-3 minutes until the green peas are soft. Add Paneer cubes and coriaander leaves and cook for another minute at medium heat. Serve with Poori, Roti, Rice etc
