Banana Mandazi
Banana mandazis are African fritters.These are easy and quick tea time snacks.
Ingredients
Directions
Place everything in a blender or
food processor and process to make a smooth batter. If it is too thick, adjust with milk. Set aside for 10 minutes. Drop spoonfuls of mixture in the oil and deep fry till golden brown. Serve warm.

ReplyDeleteyou wont believe but we have a similar recipe in out family which we call bhaja malpoa. we add a little bit of rawa to it. looks lovely and you tempted me to make some for us.
