Lemonade Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups cold water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Fresh lemon zest(optional)
- ice cubes
- mint leaves to garnish
In a small sauce pan heat water and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow the sugar syrup to cool down. Add fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. Strain the juice and add cold water . Refrigerate for few minutes. Add ice cubes and garnish with fresh lemon slices and mint leaves.
