Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.In another bowl beat together egg and milk. Add melted butter to this egg mixture. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour liquid ingredients and mix well. Drop this batter on a hot griddle,
sprinkle few blueberries on top. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides until slightly brown. Serve with maple syrup and fresh blueberries.
