Easy Strawberry Mousse
Egg free Gelatin free strawberry mousse, a quick and easy dessert with strawberries
Ingredients
- 5 to 8 fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 2 tbs water
- 2 oz white chocolate
baking bar
- 1 cup heavy whipping
cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix sugar, water and cornstarch in a medium sauce pan. Add strawberries and bring this mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.Set aside to cool. Microwave white chocolates with 1/4 cup heavy cream for about 25 seconds, melt it completely and cool it. Stir this into strawberry mixture. Beat remaining heavy cream with vanilla until soft peak form, and fold in with strawberry mixture. Layer the dessert cup with strawberry glaze(its optional), spoon mousse on top and serve chilled with fresh strawberries.
