Pina Colada

Pina Colada


Ingredients
  • ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
Directions


Blend all the ingredients with ice cubes. Garnish with
sliced pineapples,cherries and mint leaves.

  1. I love pinacolada, its one of my fav, there is this juice centre near my home where i have this almost every weekend..oh dear i wish i cud have it right now :-)
    For your question, we dont get shortening here like crisco so i used white butter from dairy.

  29. I did hear about the plachimeda flavour coca-cola... but pina-cola da is new to me.

    "Pina cola da" the name appears good thats makes a meaning like "you should drink cola", if hindi, malayalam and english are mixed.

    Hindi = pina (drink)
    malayalam = da (you)
    English = ofcourse "cola" yaar

    The picture is good and the drink appears super ma!!!

  32. Sailaja and vineetha : Coconut cream is a kind of thik coconut milk but very creamy in texture..its available in most grocery stores...
