Cook the rice with water adding pinch of salt. Do not overcook. Heat oil or ghee in a pan, add bay leaves, cinnamon stick and cloves. Saute for 1 minute. Splutter cumin seeds in the same oil. To this add cooked rice and stir well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with anykurma.Find Kurma recipe Here
