Ingredients
- 4 tbs unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 large egg , lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 12 ounces cranberries, fresh or frozen
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9 by-5- inch loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar and salt. Set aside. In a medium bowl combine butter, milk and egg. Add wet mixture to dry mixture and whisk to combine. Fold in cranberries. Pour batter into prepared pan. bake for about 45-50 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
