Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped plantains, fry till golden brown. Set aside. Beat egg and sugar till creamy. To this add few nuts, raisins,cardamom powder and fried plantains. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.Garnish with ghee fried nuts and raisins.
That sure is lovely, i have so many ripe bananas at home, going to try this flourless one. I am sure Ener-g will work instead of sugar, will try out and let you know.
