Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup veg oil
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl whisk together sugar, flour,cocoa powder,
baking powder, baking soda and salt, Set aside. In another large bowl whisk together eggs,
bananas, water, milk, oil and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients
and stir until combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 35-40
minutes or until a tooth pick inserted into the center of the oven comes out clean.Frost
with Ganache or Whipped frosting.

ReplyDeleteWooowww....You know what.....I made this twice...but i made this without frosting.....First time i made i used 3/4 cup cocoa, but the second time, i reduced it to 1/2 i guess, dont remember sinc eit was slightly bitter for my taste....It has a different texture alley?.....as soft as a pudding?...
