Dates Vada
Ingredients
- 2 cups Rava (semolina)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup chopped Dates
- 2 -4 tbs Sugar
- few nuts, of your choice
Directions
Beat eggs. To this add sugar, dates, rava and nuts. Mix well,
to make a thick pliable Batter. Make vada shapes with the
batter and deep fry till golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with tea.

ReplyDeleteOh my! These kind of look like a donut but made with semonlina. I LOVE the addition of the dates and walnuts. These would be sooooo very very good. Love this recipe!!! One of my favorite recipes so far, though I have enjoyed them all.
