Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken - 1 lb(about 500 gms)
- Onion - 2 medium sized
- Tomato - 2
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Heavy Cream - 1-2 tbsp
- Raisins - 5-6
- Yogurt - 1 tbsp
- Kasoori Methi(dried fenugreek leaves) - a pinch, powdered.
- Coriander leaves to Garnish
Preparation
Marinate the chicken with Yogurt, Ginger garlic paste and salt . Clean the chicken and cut into medium sized pieces. Make a puree of the tomatoes ,onion and raisin. Melt the butter in a thick bottomed vessel. Add the tomato and onion puree and cook at medium for 10 Minutes. Add red chilli powder,garam masala turmeric powder and salt and cook for few more minutes . Add the marinated chicken and cook covered for 20-25 minutes. Add enough heavy cream to adjust the thickness of the gravy. Add kasoori methi and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Also Kanakanmani, watch that movie it is a superb movie... a horror movie but well picturised and the theme is also superb. We went for the moie after two months and that too at 9.30 Pm show so there were no people... :)
