Melt jaggery adding little bit water, make it a thick syrup.
Heat ghee in a pan. Then add rolled oats and mix well till coated with ghee. Pour jaggeri syrup or molasses, grated
coconut and raisins into it. Mix well till all the ingredients are
incorporated well . Remove from the pan and make small
balls.
