Ingredients
2 ounces bakers chocolate or chocolate morsels
2 tbs butter
sweetened coconut flakes, as needed
condensed milk, as needed
Directions
In a bowl mix condensed milk and coconut flakes and
knead well till you get a thick consistency so that it can be molded to any shape.
Make any shapes you want. Refrigerate
for 15 minutes to tighten up. Melt chocolate in double boiler adding
little bit butter. Dip the refrigerated coconut bar into
melted chocolate. Refrigerate again until set.
Enjoy delicious chocolate bar.

ReplyDeleteYummy chocolate coconut bars..great recipe. Never knew that the combo of coconut flakes with condensed milk could be kneaded..always thought of it as a sticky thick mixture! This goes to my bookmarks :)
