Ingredients
- 3 /4 cup salad cucumber, grated
- 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
- 1/2 tsp ginger, chopped
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- curry leaves
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1 whole dry red chilli
- 1/2 cup yogurt
Directions
Grate the salad cucumber and keep aside. Grind coconut, ginger,mustard seeds and green chilli to a fine paste. Add this to the grated cucumber. To this add beaten yogurt and salt, mix well. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds, red chilli, curry leaves and little bit fresh coconut. Add this seasoning to the pachadi. Serve with rice.

ReplyDeletei tried ur cucumber pachadi and it came out well, i normally use papaya, bitter guard , velleri , ash guard or tomato never tried cucumber.
