Wash the couscous thoroughly. Heat oil in a pan splutter
mustard seeds, red chilli and curry leaves. Add onions and fry till golden color. Pour 1 cup water adding pinch of salt, let it boil . Add couscous, cook covered till ready. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. This will cook faster than broken wheat.
