Directions Grind together the ingredients 1 to 4 into a coarse paste adding little water. Pour buttermilk into this ground paste.Splutter mustard, dry red chillies, grated coconuts and curry leaves in oil and garnish the pachadi,add salt according to your taste.

Hi Vrinda, I prepared inji curry ,folloewed ur recipe. That was not at all good. It was stinging. I dont know wats is wrong with ur recipe. Maye be ginger & mustard seed is more in ur recipe.
